If your order arrives damaged, within 7 days of recieving the canvas, please email us at orders@printsey.com the following:
-Crisp, clear picture of the front, back, and sides of the packaging it arrived in
-Crisp, clear picture of the front, back, and sides of product(s) showing damage
-In your email include the name the order was purchased under with your order number included
If your order arrives with a design error, within 7 days of receiving the canvas, please email us at orders@printsey.com the following:

-Please describe what the design error is
Our customer satisfaction team will carefully review the photos and the claim. If the design error is something the customer approved upon shipment, we can replace the canvas for a fee. If this was a design error from our team, we will replace the canvas for free. If the canvas is damaged from shipping, we will replace the canvas for free. We will correspond with you to ensure your new canvas is perfect, and will send out your new order confirmation and tracking when it becomes available.

You may cancel your order up to 24 hours after your purchase. If your order has already been sent to production we can not provide a refund. To cancel your order, please use the form HERE for fastest service. You may also send an email to orders@printsey.com
Delivery can vary depending on shipment choice, weather conditions, shipment location, and volume of orders.
