Return Policy:

We prioritize your satisfaction at Printsey and offer a straightforward return policy for a seamless shopping experience.

7-Day Return Window:

To be eligible for a replacement, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • There must be physical damage to the canvas OR there is a design error that was not approved by you OR there is a print quality issue.
  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • You must request the replacement to our Customer Satisfaction Team at Orders@Printsey.com within 7 days of recieving the canvas. No Exceptions.
  • You must provide crisp, clear photos of the damage or misprint.

    How to Initiate a Refund/Replacement:
    • Contact Customer Support: Reach out to us via email at Orders@Printsey.com.
    • Provide Purchase Details: Share your order number or purchase details to facilitate the refund/replacement process. You must attach crisp, clear images of the damage or print error to the email.
    • Receipt of Refund/Replacement: Once your purchase details are verified, we will begin the exchange process accordingly.

    Replacement Process

    Once we’ve received your replacement request, we will notify you of the status of your new canvas. Once your new canvas ships, we will give you the tracking number.

    Exceptions:

    Certain items cannot be exchanged, including designs that were approved by the customer before design was sent to production. Contact us for any questions or concerns.
