Thank you for choosing Printsey! We’re dedicated to providing excellent service, including reliable and timely shipping.Â
Processing Time: After you have ordered, our fulfillment team will email you with a link to provide all of your custom order details. Once the design has been 100% approved by you, it will then be sent to fulfillment. Once it is in production and is ready to ship, we will send you a tracking number. From ordering to delivery at your door, the process will take between 5-10 days.
Shipping Methods:
We offer standard and expedited shipping services for all orders.Â
Shipping Rates:
Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight, size, and destination of your order.
The shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase where you can choose the speed of delivery.
Delivery Estimates:
Estimated delivery times will vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, allowing you to monitor the status of your delivery.
Lost or Damaged Shipments:
In the rare event that your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at orders@printsey.com with your order details. There must be physical damage to the canvas OR there is a design error that was not approved by you OR there is a print quality issue. You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase. You must request the replacement to our Customer Satisfaction Team at orders@printsey.com within 7 days of receiving the canvas. No Exceptions. You must provide crisp, clear photos of the damage or misprint.
Address Accuracy:
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Additional shipping charges may apply for orders that require re-routing due to address errors.
Custom Image Accuracy:
Please ensure that your custom information is designed correctly when you receive our final design edit.
We are not responsible for custom design errors that have been given final approval by the customer. We will always work with our customers to find a solution.
